It is an interesting and fascinating process to create a landscape design that requires competent and detailed study.

I advise to create a Landscape design of your land plot before the start of building. You can find in the ""Projection" why it is so important.

We need to develop the following documentation to create the garden of your dreams:

- Situation plan reflecting all that is on the plat.

- Conceptual master plan (option 2) based on one of it approved by the client developed all further documentation in the text below. It is an arting point in the development of the final documentation. The individual conceptual master plan is developed for each plot of land based on the wishes and preferences of the client. It is without any details.

- The master plan which provides all the elements of the design (playgrounds, paths, trees and shrubs, flower beds, small architectural forms, ponds, rock gardens, rockeries, etc.).

- Dendroplan with assortment list (detailed layout of trees and shrubs, the assortment list with the species composition and the number of plants).

- The Center - planting drawing (counting all the elements of design with a binding site to its borders, buildings). 

- Detailed design elements area as close as possible (either landscape elements on a separate sheet with maximum detail). 

- Explanatory Note that describes the section itself, the task of designing, landscape architectural solution, description of points.
